Christchurch Office

CADPRO’s Christchurch office is back up and running after the recent quake. Peter is on hand to field your support queries. Our Training facility is fully functional and available for any customers wishing to look at focused or update training.

If your business has been affected by the earthquake and you are unable to return to work, this may be an opportunity to brush up or learn new skills.

Increased Level of Support

In a continuing effort to bring you the best support we can, CADPRO will be unveiling its new support system in the near future.

Using an open ticket system, customers will be able to log calls with our support staff, via telephone, email or a web Interface. Rather than using personal emails, the new support system offers customers a choice of industry specific queues which will be broadcast to our technical and sales team, thus ensuring follow up as soon as possible. You will be able to login to our secure URL to check the progress of you calls, as well as receiving immediate updates as your ticket progresses.

We are in the final stages of implementation for the new portal. You will receive your invitation to the improved support system shortly.

New CADPRO Staff

CADPRO is expanding and is pleased to announce the introduction of the following new staff (so far):

Simon Lewis – Manufacturing Group Sales
Simon brings a wealth of Sales and Business Development skills to the Team. He has built many Business relationships in the Manufacturing industry and no doubt will be in contact in the near future.

Neil Markham – Manufacturing Group Support
Neil comes to us with many years of Inventor and Engineering experience so will be ready to take on turn those support challenges.

Staff Leaving: Greg Heeley will be leaving us to join one of our largest customers. He has been employed to accelerate the implementation of Vault Professional and linking into other internal systems. We will continue to work closely with him so will not be entirely missed. He has served us well at CADPRO over the past 6 years, so we certainly wish him well in his new role.

Autodesk 2012

Autodesk will be releasing their 2012 products shortly, at which time will be announcing the new features. Dates for the Roadshow and upgrade Training will be issued in next Newsletter.

Reminder for all those on 2008 based products that they will be going into retirement after the release of 2012.

AutoCAD WS 1.2

It’s time again to upgrade your online CAD experience with AutoCAD WS 1.2.
