CADPRO Support: Remote Assistance

To allow a support person from CADPRO remote access to your computer:

  1. The support person will give you an account number. 
  2. Click the number in the grid above.
  3. If you are running Internet Explorer - look at the bottom of the page and press "Run"
    (If you use a different web browser, Run the file once it's downloaded.)
  4. Accept any security warnings.

 

From this point, the CADPRO support person will be able to take over control of your computer or give any further instructions necessary.

Anyone visiting this page uninvited should note that by clicking one of these icons opens your computer for direct access by CADPRO.
