The Star Program is an up-front bulk purchase of support time. This gives your staff easy access to high level support on an “as needed” basis, eliminating project delays, improving productivity and return on investment of software and manpower.

This program is only a support program, it does not cover any software upgrades or updates. To have these options included, you will need to either purchase CSP or Autodesk Subscription.
