CADPRO Systems is committed to improving our customer’s experiences. The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) program helps us capture customer perspectives first-hand through a brief survey.
The program evaluates customer experiences using the following fundamental objectives:
- Measure customer loyalty using Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology
- Strengthen customer relationships through closed-loop customer feedback process
- Create a consistently positive customer experience
- Identify opportunities to further customer relationships
At CADPRO Systems, we believe a partnership is an ongoing relationship. If you have recently activated an Autodesk product or if your CSP/Subscription renewal is due, you may be invited by Autodesk to complete an online survey. The online survey is conducted in the months of March, June, September and December.
All answers you provide to the questions in the survey is a reflection of the services provided to you by CADPRO Systems not Autodesk, hence when filling out the survey, please provide ratings and feedback on the level of services provided by CADPRO Systems.
Important: Only a 9-10 rating being considered as a good rating.
The CSAT survey is conducted by CustomerSAT, a provider of customer feedback and loyalty solutions. Be on the lookout for an email invitation from CustomerSAT (email@example.com). If you don’t receive the invitation, please check your spam folder. Your feedback is very important to us.
